Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking at least 1 day before your scheduled stay, no cancellation fees will be charged. To request a cancellation, you must email us at northerncorridor@yahoo.com with your booking details.
Once the cancellation request is received and verified, a full refund will be initiated. We strongly advise that cancellation requests be submitted within 12 hours of your booking to ensure timely processing.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the stipulated period. The refund process is as follows:
- For online bank transfers, refunds will be credited back to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
- For credit card payments, refunds will be processed to your card-issuing bank. Kindly check with your bank for the estimated refund timeline.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your check-in date.
- No-shows or failure to check in on the booking date.
- Cancellations due to a change of mind.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our cancellation policy requirements.
